Registration is now open for TAAFWalk 2026! Join survivors, caregivers, clinicians, families, and supporters on Sunday, September 27, as we celebrate the Lighthouse Keepers who help ensure no one has to navigate brain aneurysm, AVM, or stroke alone.

Since 2005, TAAFWalk has united survivors, caregivers, clinicians, families, and supporters in support of those affected by brain aneurysm, AVM, and hemorrhagic stroke.

This year, we're proud to introduce our 2026 theme: We Are the Lighthouse Keepers—the people who show up, share their experience, and help others find their way.

Whether you join us in San Francisco or participate from wherever you call home as a Hometown Hero, every step helps strengthen TAAF's mission of education, support, advocacy, and research.
