MONTHLY SUPPORT GROUP MEETINGS
TAAF’s Monthly Support Group Meetings are a core part of our mission to ensure that no survivor, caregiver, or family member walks this journey alone. These groups provide a welcoming space to connect, share experiences, ask questions, and find support among others affected by brain aneurysms, AVMs, and other vascular malformations of the brain.
To support our diverse community, TAAF currently hosts three virtual support groups during the first week of each month: International, East Coast, and West Coast. During the second week of the month, we support our in-person groups.
More than just meetings, TAAF Support Groups are communities built on understanding, compassion, and connection. New members are welcomed through our Brain Buddy program, helping individuals feel supported from the very beginning. Members also have access to additional community offerings, including Brain Buddy Boosts and the No Rules Art Club — spaces designed to help survivors and caregivers connect, recharge, create, and encourage one another.
Whether you are newly diagnosed, recovering, grieving, caregiving, or years into your journey, these groups offer a place where you can be understood without needing to explain everything.
